Love cats

Aw. I miss my Loki cat. He's no longer with us, but he was such good mates with his (adopted) sister Luna. They were always thundering up and down the stairs chasing one another. Spot the cat stamp peeking out on the right.

The love is 3D and wooden, until I got a black promarker on it, now it's 3D, wooden and black.

I went for multiple layers on this one, with washi and lots of understamping in related colours. Ooh look how well the #awesome turned out. I can't remember if that's on purpose, but I'm claiming it anyway!

Loving an enamel dot. Or 3.

Thanks for looking.

Hello Luna

Luna is our beautiful, naughty littlest cat. She has huge ears and lots of stripes and a very mischievous personality.

I used lots of ink on the back ground, so the card is warped, it's currently under a heavy book flattening out!

I used lots of punched flowers, and some little stamped cats that I've had lying about for eons.

It needed a border to frame it all, so I doodled round the edges, added spots round the flowers, and some swirls round the stamped title. The flower centres have black Stickles dotted in for some sparkle.

She's a pretty kitty!

All the materials were from my stash.

Thanks for looking.

A few thank you cats.......

...yep, thank you cats, that's right. What says thank you more than a fat cat with flowers on? Well, OK, I'm stretching it a bit there, but hey, you work with what you've got, right? And at our crafting day on Thursday at Michelle's, Kay had brought her fat cat stamp, so I took full advantage!!

I needed 5 thank you ATCs all together, so I made three of this first one......

......plus one of these........

............and finally one of these..

Backgrounds on the first 4 are made by just plonking some Stampin' Up ink pads onto the card. They have a kind of woven pad on them, and it makes a lovely pattern. The background on the last one is smacked acetate technique with a lovely diamond pattern stamped onto it.

The swirl stamp round the edges is one of my bargains from Whitby, by Inkadinkado. Best go and get them ready to post, before I forget!!!!

I'm entering the first ATC on this post into the following challenges-

Drunken Stampers- Cats
Speedy the Cat's Friends Challenge- Think flowers
Crafty Catz- Animals
