WOYWW

Not too untidy, although my well used scrap card mat makes it look very busy. The main items of interest are some Octopode images and  the remains of some quilling papers that I used to make this little gem.....

It's a lovely little quilled sunflower pot. I really enjoyed making it, and it only took a couple of hours to make. I was ever so chuffed with myself!!!

So, if you want to see more interesting desks than mine, head over to Julia's Stamping Ground for lots more opportunities to nose around people's work spaces!

  2. Great looking desk, Octopode intrigue me, still can't decide whether I like them yet, perhaps I need to try one. Lovely pot, I get frustrated with quilling so don't do much but I do appreciate it. Thanks for sharing!

  4. I never did get to grips with quilling (ha ha pun intended), your work is inspiring and beautiful, but i know I would make a hash of it - is use the paper strips as collage fodder and the quilling tool as a pokey thing now.

  5. Great Sunflower! It's a work of art, I had a go at Quilling years ago, being the hoarder I am I must still have the kit somewhere, will have to hunt it out, saying that though I think it frustrated the hell out of me! best it stays hidden away :o) thanks for sharing.
