My boss left work last week. I'd made this card for everyone to sign for her a few weeks ago, but obviously couldn't blog it before she was given it, just in case!
This was a difficult one to design! It didn't feel right to do a cutesy or a floral card, but I still wanted something bright and cheerful. I went for some fabulous Kay&Co papers, and turned to my trusty Paperartsy Squiggly ink houses. Inspired by another Squiggly ink stamp I drew a measuring tape around the hill. The houses are coloured with watercolour pencils, then swooshed with water to activate the colours and make them super bright. The signpost is cut out of paper scraps and edged in black marker.
Ooh and check out the cool cloud- a recent Unity stamp acquisition.
that is great, colourful lively and something to treasure, perfect.EE
